In an effort to address residents consistently utilizing visitor parking areas instead of attached garage and/or 3rd parking spots, the Board has initiated a “Parking Permit” process in accordance with APHOA Bylaws, that will alleviate concerns previously expressed regarding the towing of resident or visitor vehicles. Notices will be placed on vehicles that should be parked in the garage or 3rd space with information on how to apply for a permit if needed. Smaller vehicles will be required to be parked on the homeowner property.
This is not a change to the Bylaws, but the implementation of the original structured plan of enforcing the Bylaws to assist in keeping our neighborhood on a positive beautification trend in our community. The more our residents comply and use their attached garage or 3rd spaces, the cleaner and safer our community will be. Fill out the Application for Parking Permit if you have a vehicle that does not fit in your garage or 3rd space or expect guests for longer than 3 consecutive days. Permits will be approved and issued on a case-by-case basis.
Thank you for your cooperation in our continued effort to keep our neighborhood a cleaner and safer place to Live.
Sincerely,
APHOA Board of Directors
